We’ve been back from Tulum for a little over a week now and this crew is still showing up for each other in our group chat. They’re sharing their first at-home cold plunges, their not-so-great first dates, their honest and truly hilarious

The gratitude has popped off. The heart is so full it could burst. When we show up for ourselves and each other and go deep, not even the ice and calm the fire in our hearts.
